Florida Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna has filed a privileged resolution against Democrat California Rep. Adam Schiff, with a fine attached of $16 million, half the cost of the Russia investigation. Luna and her GOP colleagues are seeking an imminent vote to hold Schiff accountable for his abuse of trust and egregious lies. Schiff has repeatedly pushed the false narrative of collusion between former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign and Russia, despite evidence to the contrary in special counsel John Durham’s report. Luna previously introduced a measure to expel Schiff from the House of Representatives. Durham’s report revealed that the FBI and Justice Department launched a bogus investigation into Trump’s campaign without justification.
